SF Spain enters into partnership with mortgage broker Habeno

We are pleased to announce that SF Spain has entered into a strategic partnership with mortgage broker Habeno. The purpose of this collaboration is to make it easier for our customers to secure financing when purchasing a property in Spain, while further strengthening our overall customer offering.

Habeno is an international mortgage broker that helps overseas property buyers secure financing through established Spanish banks. Since its launch, the company has facilitated mortgages worth more than €350 million for customers of over 30 different nationalities.

Through this partnership, we can offer a more seamless customer journey where financing becomes a natural part of the home-buying process. This aligns well with Korall's strategy of developing services and solutions that guide and simplify the customer experience. Just as we collaborate with Ordna Bolån in Sweden, Habeno will now be our trusted mortgage partner in the Spanish market.

The partnership is also expected to relieve our offices of a complex area of expertise, allowing our agents to spend more time focusing on what they do best – creating value for our customers and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
