Svensk Fastighetsförmedling's real estate office in Tenerife is open now. Johanna Ode, who is the franchisee and estate agent in the office, has already been active in the area for a few months. Susanne Holmberg joins as office manager.

The office is located in Los Cristianos in the southern part of Tenerife and it was here in the south part close to Swedish communities that Johanna started her business just before New Year, which has helped her build a large network of residents and potential clients. The office is situated on one of the cozy, pedestrian streets, a couple of blocks from the beach in Los Cristianos, which has the well-known resort Playa de Las Americas as its closest neighbor.

Johanna herself has lived in the Canary Islands for many years, most recently on Gran Canaria, together with her Spanish husband and their two teenage children. Before Johanna took the step into Svensk Fastighetsförmedling, she managed an office for Fastighetsbyrån in Gran Canaria for several years. By her side she will be joined by Susanne Holmberg – as office manager.

Susanne has previous experience from both the real estate and tourism industries and knows the island well after more than 20 years in Tenerife, where she has also worked as a guide and has a large network of contacts.
