The property consists of a main building of just over 310 m2 with eight rooms and kitchens, of which four are bedrooms. In addition, a laundry room, three bathrooms and a guest toilet.
A warehouse building of approximately 310 m2, adjacent to this is a one-room apartment/premises with a kitchen that is a total of approximately 70 m2 and forms a side part of the warehouse.
As well as a small house, belonging to the tennis court and pool, with changing rooms, showers and toilet.
The one-room apartment has previously been used as a gym and the kitchen has been a utility room for what is grown on the finca. Currently, these areas are used as offices.

A building as well-sized as this warehouse is not common among the fincas in Mallorca. In addition, it is now almost impossible to get permission to build anything at all in rural areas, including an in-ground swimming pool.
Land
The total land area is approximately 8900 m2, most of which is a cultivation area for mostly citrus trees. There are also other trees and plants, such as six olive trees. Great potential for those with green fingers, an existing irrigation system is also in place and waiting.
The entire complex is enclosed by fences and walls and has an electrically controlled entrance gate.
The estate is perfectly located close to the motorway, as you are never disturbed or hear the noise from it, but at the same time have easy access.
Both Palma and the airport are about 25 minutes drive away. Although everything you could possibly need is in Inca.
