"We asked her to sell our apartment. She refused to answer our questions and she did not sell our apartment with a good price. There was a bad communication between us and buyers and she did not try to give all necessary information to the buyer. After 1 month the buyer called me regarding all information in the apartment and asked for help. We did not have a good experience from her because we had to do all things ourselves. When we complain from her to her manager, they called us rude people because we were not happy with their work. Her manager was shouting on me he called me a rude person because I was not happy with their way of working. Their behavior towards customer was not acceptable when her boss was yelling at me and told me a rude person because I just asked him if it is possible to give us some discount because they sold our apartment before visning and they did not put it on hemnet.se or other activites for sale. When I asked them for possible discount on their fee because they did not put any advertisement on any webpage and not visning. They called me a rude person (because I asked a possibility of having discount) and they stopped communicating with us. Her manager shouted at me and called me a rude person which it was not acceptable behavior from her manager!!!"
